·Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
·Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
·Create Social media posts and blog writing.
.Upkeep of the website and make changes whenever required.
·Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
·Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
·Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
·Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
·Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
·Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels.
·Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
.Building a team of trainees/interns for assigned projects.

Experience:3-4 years (Sr. Executive Level )

Salary:As per experience / as industry standards.

Essential:


· 3-4 Years proven work experience in digital marketing.
· Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

Desired:

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Excellent English content writing skills.
·Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
·Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
·Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ad words campaigns.
·Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
·Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

·Managing the front office desk.
·Handling check-in & check out of guests
·Responsible for all Front Office Operations.
·Responsible for Managing guests, clients and candidates.
·Attending Incoming & Outgoing Calls (Including STD & ISD calls).Transferring calls to the concerned Depts.
·Proper coordination & updations of various department details as per enquires and records.
·Managing the front office area in terms of discipline as per company policy.
·House Keeping, Pantry's query & Communicating & Directing Visitors & vendors.
·Responsible for courier Dispatches and courier receipts in India and abroad and maintaining records for the same.
·Process Guests telephone charge
· Process wake up calls
· Follow Guest privacy and security measures
· Respond to dissatisfied Guests
· Should know airport transportation schedules
· Daily VIP list
· Location of all property facilities
· Help Guests learn to use the equipment in their rooms
·Process all Business calls in an efficient, courteous manner

REQUIREMENT:
QUALIFICATION - Graduation in Hotel Management
AGE - 23 Years
TOTAL WORK EXPERIENCE - 3 Years
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE - 1 Year
SALARY BAND - 1.5 lakhs / annum
