This tradition then slowly got adopted by many countries around the world. Now many hotels, resorts, etc. start up with Cake mixing ceremony in the month of October or November. The flavours, aroma, variety and quality of fruits and nuts contained in the ceremony play an essential role in Christmas Plum cakes.

With the process complete, the Christmas Cake mix has now been shifted into a container, where it will be preserved for around 30-45 days. The mix will be taken out in December first week.
